SRX M Radio offers free standard shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Expedited options are available for an additional fee.

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders, but standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at support@srxmradio.online or call (888) 241-6592. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly and, where applicable, send a replacement at no cost to you.
For lost packages, please allow up to 10 business days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as packages sometimes experience carrier delays.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit/debit card, your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you. Simply email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll get a replacement shipped immediately.
